Yolanda Holguin Ramirez

Yolanda Holguin Ramirez, 78 of Midland passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2024. A visitation will be held from 8:00am to 9:00pm, with rosary recited at 7:00pm on Thursday, May 23,2024 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be at 2:00pm Friday, May 24, 2024 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Yolanda was born to her parents Desideria Villa Holguin and David Holguin in Marfa, TX on March 28, 1946.  She married her only true love Rodolfo G Ramirez May 2, 1970, with whom she enjoyed 54 years of marriage until his death April 15, 2024.  They raised three children and enjoyed their grandchildren and great grandchildren. Yolanda is a retired Registered Nurse who worked for Midland Memorial Hospital and Texas Instruments.  She was a devoted Wife, Mother and adored Grandmother and Great Grandmother.

Yolanda will forever be remembered by her children, daughter Maria Elena Hernandez and husband Ray Hernandez.  daughter Elida Martinez and husband Patrick Martinez, son Rodolfo (Rudy) Ramirez Jr., granddaughter Melanie Bliss Ceniglis and husband Austen Ceniglis, granddaughter Jansibel Marta Rochell and husband Garrett Rochell, grandson Juan Rodolfo Gonzales III, granddaughter Desideria Hope Gonzales, great granddaughters Mila Bliss Ceniglis, Ella Mac Ceniglis and Gia Isabella Ceniglis, and great grandsons Alejandro Isaiah Arreola Jr and Antonio Andres Arreola. She is survived by sisters Elidia Olgin and Carolina Holguin, brothers Manuel Holguin and Enrique Holguin and many nieces and nephews.

Yolanda is preceded in death by her husband and best friend, Rodolfo G Ramirez, her parents David Holguin and Desideria V Holguin, her brothers Jose Holguin, Arturo Holguin, Mingo Holguin, Lorenzo Holguin, David Holguin Jr, Domingo Holguin, Angel Holguin, Ernesto Holguin and sisters Mague (Margarita) Paiz, Beatrice Fuentes and Anita Holguin.
