Gizelle Caudillo

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Gizelle Caudillo who left this world far too soon on February 20, 2025, at the age of 27. Born on June 28, 1997, in Lubbock, Texas, Gizelle brought an immeasurable amount of joy and brightness to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her time with us, although brief, was filled with love, laughter, and warmth of her radiant spirit.

Gizelle was the cherished daughter of Rita Martinez and Sam Caudillo. She was preceded in death by her her dear family members, Victor Cortez and Dorthy Ruiz, who welcomed her into their arms in the afterlife. She is survived by her loving family, including her devoted partner MarcAnthony Garcia, her siblings Makayla Caudillo and Isaac Caudillo, her best friend Sabrina Rodriguez, and her proud parents Rita and Sam.

Gizelle attended Big Spring High School, where she was known for her bright personality and vibrant energy. Even at such a young age, she was already making her mark on the world, having established herself as an outstanding sales associate for T-Mobile. Her passion for life extended beyond her work; she found joy in playing video games, listening to music and a nice refreshing bowl every now and then, activities that brought out her playful spirit.

Those who knew Gizelle will forever remember her as the brightest star, capable of lighting up a room with her infectious smile and spirited laughter. She had a unique ability to connect with everyone she met, leaving a lasting impact on their hearts. Her genuine kindness and loving nature will be sorely missed by all.

A funeral service is scheduled to honor Gizelle’s life on March 25th, 2025, at 4:00 PM, to be held at the Nalley-Pickle and Welch Funeral Home and Crematory. Family and friends are invited to come together during this of remembrance to celebrate the beautiful life of Gizelle Caudillo.

In closing, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who embraced Gizelle with acceptance and respect throughout her life. A special thanks to everyone who generously contributed to the memorial funds; your kindness is deeply appreciated during this difficult time. Though Gizelle’s time with us was brief, her spirit will live on in the memories we cherish and the love we share.

Rest in peace, dear Gizelle. You will always be our shining star.
