Wyoma Whitlow left this earth peacefully April 24, 2013 following a brief stay at Home Hospice, Midland Memorial Hospital. Wyoma was born February 25, 1929 in Omaha, Nebraska. She was preceded in death by husband, GF Whit Whitlow, son, David Joseph Whitlow, parents, Wyvil and Beulah Gee and sister, Beverly Brodnax. Survivors include children, Gary Whitlow (Seree), Linda Whitlow, Gayna Smith (Jeff); grandchildren include Cody Allee (Christina), Heili Erikkson (Fred), Jennifer Norton (Jason), Whit Smith (Amanda), Melanie Smith and Kelly Smith; great grandchildren include Justin, Ryder, Carson, Piper, Magnus, Madeleine, and baby Reid. Also surviving Wyoma are nephew and niece, John Brodnax (Ann) and Laurie Grinnan and great nephews, Jack, Patrick, Sam and John. Wyoma was larger than life, full of energy, and until recently, seldom missed a party. She had a lot of drive, enabling her to work, play bridge, and still make an evening out to dinner with friends. For the past 48 years, she managed an office for her best buddy, RC \Buzz\ Banks. She will be greatly missed. \I sought the Lord, and He answered me: He delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4 Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 2:30PM at First Presbyterian Church with Dr. Steve Schorr officiating.
