Witt, Willie Mae, 83, of Clearwater, Kansas, formerly of Big Spring, died on Tuesday, August 15, 2000, in a Clearwater, Kansas nursing home. Graveside funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, August 21, 2000, at Mt. OliveMemorial Park with Rev. Roger Huff, pastor of First Church of the Nazarene. She was born on August 19, 1916 in Colorado City, Texas. She worked as a bookkeeper for Higginbotham-Bartlett Lumber Co. in the early 1950's and then for the USDA and Soil Conservation for 14 years, retiring in the mid 1960's. Willie moved to Clearwater, Kansas in June of 1997. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include one sister, Lorhea E. Patton of Clearwater, Kansas; and one nephew, Billy Patton of Wichita, Kansas. Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.,
