Deanna & Tom, Hardly a day goes by that I don't think about Arlin. Sometimes it's a song, sometimes a place, sometimes even loud pipes on a Harley. I'll never forget the day I met him - he was sitting on the back of his convertible mustang at the St. George Chili Cookoff, wearing dark sunglasses and looking just too cool. From that moment we clicked, and I smile thinking about some of the adventures we shared. We laughed a lot, we cried a little, but most of all we were there for each other. That boy didn't have a selfish bone in his body and loved making friends with people from all walks of life - I loved that about him. Everybody knew Arlin, and everyone liked him. Another of his great qualities was his dedication and sincere love for his family, especially you, Deanna and Tom. He was so proud of you - as I know you were of him. His presence in my life was huge and his disappearance had troubled me for years. My only consolation is that I remember telling him that I loved him on that last phone call. I love you guys too.
