God bless the family. Bill and I worked the Moss Creek Drivers LIcence checks in the early 80's. He would work the country side and I would work the city side we had a lot of fun. Bill was one of my closest friends, not only was he a devoted professional but a trusted and loyal working partner. I had my motorcycle helmet with a face shield one time and was filling my bike up in Coahoma, well I saw Bill walking to his unit and I yelled "Just like a state employee..goofing off", well he didn't know who I was and let me know real quick.."boy who are you?" and when I took off my helmet, he laughed with me.
