Vicki Bryant, 73 years old of Dover, AR, passed away on Monday, January 22nd, 2024. The family will receive guests from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday January 29th, 2024 at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Vicki was born on January 13th, 1951 in Abilene, Texas to Raymon & Loree Joyner. She was raised in Midland where she graduated from Midland High School and raised her two daughters. She worked for the Midland School District in many compacities, but her favorite job was being a bus driver for the special needs students. But the job she took the most pride in was being a grandparent. Her great grandboys lovingly called her Super Grandma.
Vicki is survived by Lorena & Perry Whitbey (daughter & son-in-law), Tanya Wilder (daughter), Eric & Angela Whitbey (grandson & granddaughter-in-law), Alexandria & Casey Small (granddaughter & grandson-in-law), Christopher Brown (grandson), Kayla Novak (granddaughter); and of course her 6 great grandsons Aiden Whitbey, Blake Whitbey, Caleb, Whitbey, Wyatt Novak, Christian Brown, and Nicholas Fuentes-Brown; along with brother Claudasa Ray (Pete) Joyner.
Vicki is preceded in death by her parents Raymon and Loree Joyner, her grandparents Nathan & Annie Mae Joyner and Lester & Mattie Fulfer.
The family would like to express their gratitude towards hospice, hospital staff at St Mary’s Hospital in Russellville AR, Area Agency on Aging in Russellville, and our first responders.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
