Tomas Soto, 72, of Big Spring, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2023. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm, Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.
Tomas was born March 7, 1950 in Richland Springs, Texas to Jesus Soto and Dora Soto. He married Ruth Loya April 28, 1968. He worked for Skelly and Texaco for over 20 years. He was a jack-of-all trades and could fix anything you put in front of him. He loved his grandchildren and everyone enjoyed his cooking.
He is survived by one brother Domingo Soto (Paula); one sister Oralia Reyna (Jerry); daughter-in-law Charla Soto and his grandchildren: Trey Soto (Paula), Christina Perez (Josh), Tony Soto (Kelsey) and Teryn Thomasson (Blake); nine great grandchildren and many many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons: Tommy Soto, Jr., Armando Jesus Soto, his wife Ruth Soto, his brother Jesse Raul Soto and one sister Maria Guadalcazar.
