To My Beloved Brother Fore, Amazing Sister Crystal, Loving Nephew Aiden, and Wonder Niece Savannah (along with numerous other incredible family and friends who are grieving): I am so sorry that we have lost such an irreplaceable piece of our hearts. We will never quite be the same, and this is how loss and grief changes a person. I am so sorry that we have had to cry innumerable tears over our guy. He was just one in a million. Let us comfort and take solace in each other. We will see Theron again, and what a joyous day this will be! Go forth and live every day to the fullest. Tell your loved ones you love them daily. Live like Theron Thomas Brown.

When I was an assistant principal, Theron would just stop by the office and say hello from time to time. This genuine act of kindness meant so much to me personally. I so looked forward to seeing him in passing throughout the year as he always had a smile, a friendly word, and was just a friendly young man that gave me a little bit of joy in my day. Later, I would get to know the entire family, and another joy in particular named Savannah. My heart and my prayers go out to you all. I give thanks and praise to God that I was blessed to have crossed paths in life with Theron first, and then the entire Brown family. Continued prayers for blessings and comfort to be bestowed upon the Brown family in this time of need, and may Theron forever rest in peace in the comfort of the Lord our God.

I first met Theron many years ago when I traveled to Midland with his aunt Kate to meet her family for the first time. Even then I could see this little kid had the biggest heart, and miles and miles of personality. Two memories of Theron really stick out for me. The first is that he was kind and generous enough to give up his room and bed to me while I was in town. That is a pretty large ask of a child but he never once complained, and in fact took the time to give me a tour of his room and where all the light and lamp switches were so that I wouldn’t bump into things in the dark. My second - and best - memory of Theron is of the impressive, impromptu performance that he, Aiden and Savannah gave us to the Bon Jovi song ‘Dead or Alive’ on their Rock Band video game. He and Savannah jammed out on the drums and guitar while Aiden belted out the lyrics, hitting the high notes we all love while still making the song very much their own. It was a fun experience and I will always look back fondly on the smiles, laughter and cheering. Fore, Crystal, Aiden and Savannah - I am so very sorry for your loss. Theron was such a sweet and kind kid when I knew him, and based on what Kate has told me in the following years, an exceptional young man that you could truly be proud of.

Theron was one of the greatest men I ever encountered in my life. Wholeheartedly, he was a great example of what a man should be and how one should carry himself. I am devastated for his family and closest friends. He & I always had a great time when we would hangout. I will never forget him.

Theron Brown, Although I might not have been around Theron a ton, I do know that every time I got the chance to be around him it was as if I spoke with him everyday. I can recall the very first time I met Theron was at Lake LBJ. Theron was a ball of fire and always spoke in a professional manner. We were introduced to each other and realized we had a lot of the same friends. The lake house had a great dock and had a fun water slide. I remember we began to get competitive on who could slide the faster and farthest across the water. Theron was smaller than us, but he was like a bullet going down the water slide. We would get running starts and jump onto the slide and shoot off the slide like a rocket. No matter what I did he would always slide faster and farther. It got to a point that we where starting to get dangerous with it because I wasn’t going to let him beat me and he for sure was not going to lose to anyone. It got to the point where I weighed too much and I broke the water slide. The family of the lake house was teasing me about me being too heavy. Theron was always there to back me up saying they should of had a heavier slide. It cracks me up because he was the smallest one but he acted as if he was a giant! So many great memories, but this one always seems to run though my head. I love you Theron Brown and I’ll see you soon my friend

I am Theron's cousin and I got the privilege of babysitting him since he was born. He was an absolute little light. He was always happy and always kind. Him and I watched every Bob the Builder episode there might have been. We ate corn dogs around a comfy table and we waited together while his baby brother was born. We sat on the curb many a summer day waiting for the ice cream truck to come. He was a blessing and a joy and I thank God for my precious moments with him. We love yall from the bottom of our hearts. We love you.
