Theresa Ann Thornton of Midland, Texas passed away on March 19, 2025.

Rosary will be at St. Ann’s Church at 7:00 PM Wednesday March 26th and a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Thursday March 27th at St. Ann’s Church.

Theresa was born on November 9, 1946 in Omaha, NE to Richard and Marie Gaube.  She attended St. Mary’s grade School and South High School. She married Lyle Thornton on May 15, 1965.  They were blessed with two daughters: Sharon and Marie.  Theresa loved children, wherever she lived (Nebraska, Louisiana, and Texas), she found children that needed her watchful eye and loving care.

Theresa is survived by husband Lyle Thornton, daughters Sharon Thornton and Marie Primm(Steve) along with three grandchildren, Emily Primm, William Primm, and Daniel Thornton, also brother Michael Gaube.
