Thelma M. Ditto passed away peacefully on January 16, 2024, at the age of 92. Funeral services to celebrate Thelma’s life will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 20, 2024, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Friday, January 19, 2024 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.

Thelma was born on February 7, 1931, in Ackerly, Texas to parents Annie Mae (Froman) Brumley and Randolph Brumley. Thelma grew up in Stanton. She had been a long-time resident of Big Spring.

Thelma will be remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family. She leaves behind her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who will forever cherish the memories they shared with her.

She is survived by her children Ronnie Meek, Joe Ditto (Patty), daughter Deborah Moses (Mark); nine grandchildren and 23 great-greatgrandchildren; two brothers Charles Brumley and James Brumley.

She was preceded in death by her son Raymond Meek, parents, and four brothers William, Edward, Buster and Bobby Brumley.

Condolences to Thelma's family, she was such a sweet, sweet woman.

So sorry for Ronny,Joe,Deborah and all the extended family. Aunt Thelma was always kind and thoughtful even when all the cousins were together and even when we might have been getting a little too rowdy. Aunt Thelma loved her family and was the happiest when were all together. Treasure those wonderful family memories.

Thelma was a true sister in Christ. She always showed great love and devotion to our Lord and Savior, to her family, and to her friends. She will truly be missed, but we know that we will see her again. I and the congregation here at Birdwell Lane Church of Christ would like to extend our condolences to her family and friends.

I remember my Aunt Thelma tenderly caring for her mother (my Granny) in Granny’s last days. Donnie and I will always remember how she came to the nursing home to sit with us all day as our dad (her brother) was in his last days. She cared so much for everyone. She will be greatly missed. May God bless and bring comfort to Aunt Thelma's loved ones in this time of grief.
