Mr.Cowdin was a great man and was there for me when no one else was! He was the one to help locate my children and bring them home! I spent a lot of hours crying on his shoulder and he would always listen to me. I never felt alone because of him! He will always be remembered by me as a super hero in my life and will be missed! He was a great man! THE WORLD IS A BETTER PLACE BECAUSE OF HIM!

We were so sorry to hear about Terry. Edna i have great memories of us working together at MPD. I will always remember the time we went and saw Tom Jones at Chap Center. Had a blast laughing at the screaming women LOL. Think they were probably the age we are now. If you ever need or want to talk, give me a call. Sincerely, Terry & Linda Harvey Miles
