Tee Wood, 67, of Midland, passed from this life Thursday, August 6, 2015. The family will be receiving friends at Nalley-Pickle and Welch Funeral Home Sunday, August 9, 2015 from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Graveside services will be held at Resthaven North Cemetery Monday, August 10, 2015 at 11:00am.Tee was born March 8, 1948 to Alton and Sarah Gault in Madisonville, Kentucky. She married the love of her life Thomas “Buddy” Wood on September 30, 1966. Tee was a devoted wife and mother. Tee was loving and kind and took great pride in her family. She enjoyed crafting and creating gifts for friends and family. She loved spending time with her husband traveling in their RV.Tee was a member of Crestview Baptist Church for many years. She taught bible class for a short time when her boys were younger. She was active with her adult bible class and enjoyed a close bond with the class. Tee worked for Dr. Debbie Reese as her office manager. Dr. Reese soon became part of Tee’s family more than her employer.Tee is survived by her husband Thomas E. Wood; mother Sarah Ruth Gault; sons Ronald Wood, Matthew Wood and Stephen Wood; grandchildren, Jefferson Wood, Natalynn Wood, William Wood, Alexandria Wood, Elizabeth Wood, Kaylee Wood and Spencer Wood; sisters Emma Ruth Stock and Ronnie Lou Davis and her beloved cat Muffet.She is preceded in death by her father, Alton Gault.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle and Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
