Elwin Collom officiating.Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, April 28, 2017 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.Teddy was born October 23, 1928 in Mitchell County and married Eula Bell Self March 20, 1953 in Coahoma.He was a member of First Baptist Church of Coahoma. Teddy served on the Coahoma City Council and on the Board of the Howard County Water District. He ranked as Corporal in the United States Army from 1954 to 1955 during Operation Castle on Eniwetok Atoll in the Marshall Islands. Teddy owned Fowler Service Center in Coahoma since 1952 and continued to work there after his son took over the business.Teddy is survived by his wife, Eula Bell Fowler; a daughter, Dietra Tutle and husband, Gene of San Angelo; a son, Joe Fowler and wife, Cindy of Coahoma; eight grandchildren, Stephanie, Scott, Chad, Matt, K'Ja, Megan, Tyler, and K'Leigh; and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus Edgar and Jessie Morrow Fowler; a sister, Quma Fowler; and three brothers, Hershel Fowler, Wallace Fowler, and Rufus E.
