Taylor was born on October 26, 1964 to Barbara and William Conger in Big Spring, TX. He graduated from Grand Prairie High School. Then enlisted in the United States Army. He was married at 22 to Kimberly Dawn Conger in Russellville Arkansas in a double wedding with Kim’s sister Shelly and Tim Riddell. He loved working on cars and restoring them and spending time with family. He was always very light hearted and funny. Could make anyone smile no matter what they were going through. He was a good man a good friend and a great father.Taylor is preceded by Kim Conger his wife of 30 yearsTaylor is survived by Baylee Banuelos(daughter) and her husband Eric Banuelos and their 2 daughters. Shelby Conger (son). Bill Conger his father and his wife Merle Conger. His brothers Scott and Brent Conger.,
