T.J. Walls

T.J. Walls, 66, of Forsan, died on Sunday, April 29, 2001, in a Midland hospital. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 2, 2001, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Rev. Jeff Janca, pastor of Forsan Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park. He was born on September 26, 1934 in Silver, Texas and married H. Marie Smith on June 26, 1955 in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Walls loved his family, woodworking and his job. He was first employed by Forsan Oilwell Service, then by Weatherford Tool Company and was last employed by Knight Tool Company of Odessa. He was a member of Forsan Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Marie Walls of Forsan; a son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Mary Walls of Carrollton; a daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Shawn Ragland of Snyder; four beautiful granddaughters, Annie Martin and husband, Brandon, of Edmond, Oklahoma, Alex Walls and Abbi Walls both of Carrollton and Terann Ragland of Snyder; 3 sisters, Helen Mathers of Robert Lee, Joy Spradlin and Lois Grey both of Grand Prairie; and 3 brothers, Thad Walls, Jr. of Moseley, Virginia, Bob Walls of Andrews and Troy Walls of Colorado City.
