Stephen Daniel Foster, son, father, brother and friend, 49, of Springfield, Missouri, formerly of Coahoma, died on Friday, May 14, 2004, in a Springfield, Missouri hospital. He loved life and will be remembered and missed by all who knew him.Graveside funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, May 20, 2004 at Mt. Olive Memorial Park, Big Spring, with Rev. Dennis Teeters, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating.He was born on April 12, 1955, in Dublin, Texas.Stephen grew up in Coahoma and attended school there. He graduated from Coahoma High School and attended Howard College. He had lived in Springfield, Missouri the last 3 years. Stephen was an independent contractor doing home repair, remodeling and painting. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Big Spring.Stephen loved camping, fishing and being outdoors enjoying nature. He was friendly and outgoing to everyone.Survivors include two daughters, Stepheny Foster of Sanger and Taylor Foster of Robert Lee; a son, Clayton Foster of Robert Lee; his mother and step father, Rebecca and Howard Smith of Big Spring; his father, Rayburn Foster of Caddo Lake; a sister, Linda Russell of Plano; his grandmother, Vera Foster of Ardmore, Oklahoma and a special friend, Janice Letterman of Springfield, Missouri.The family suggests memorials to the First Baptist Church Organ Fund, 705 W.
