Stella Mae Barnard

Stella Mae Barnard, 93, of Big Spring, died on Friday, March 30, 2007, in a Rockwall nursing home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, April 2, 2007 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Rev. Dennis Teeters, pastor of Springcreek Fellowship Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.Stella was born to Willis G. and Lola Mae Page on July 15, 1913 in Rotan. She sold Avon and had worked in the lunch room at Big Spring Independent School District for over 20 years. Stella was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, H.G. and Barbara Barnard of Greenville; four grandsons, Kevin Fryar of Plano, Mike Fryar of Big Spring, Ricky Barnard of Rowlett and Brad Barnard of Radnor, Ohio; 10 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren.
