Chris Wingert left a message on August 4, 2026:
Alicea and I were deeply saddened to hear of Stan's passing. I first met Stan in the early 80's when my late wife Karen and I were at a party. Over the decades we became friends while working together at the Methodist Church, with Scouts and Tennis. We treasured Stans positive attitude and decades of friendship. Sue, you and your family are in our prayers. As you know, both Alicea and I have experienced the loss of our spouse. The days ahead will be difficult for you, but lean on Christ and your friends. Better days will come. Meanwhile Clyde is not too far if you need a break. Chris & Alicea Wingert

I am greatly saddened with Stan's departure. I consider him a family member. He was my Brother Mike's best friend. HE grew up in our house. HE was a Boy Scout with Dad and Jerry. He hunted, fished and went to the lake with all of us He leaves a hole in our hearts. Love to all his family. He enriched our lives. A truly gentle, sweet man HE will be missed.
