Sherry Jackson Jones

Sherry Jackson Jones, 52, of Big Spring, died on Monday, September 10, 2007, in a Midland hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Dr. Randy Cotton, pastor of Trinity Baptist Church, officiating. She was born on March 19, 1955, in Big Spring, Texas and married Jerry Michael Jones on March 19, 1994 in Big Spring, Texas.A registered nurse, Sherry worked in the emergency rooms of Hall-Bennett Hospital and Scenic Mountain Medical Center in Big Spring and at Osteopathic Medical Center and Plaza Medical Center in Ft. Worth, retiring after 20 years. She loved scrapbooking, spending time with her family and her pets. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and a member of the Big Spring Bass Club.Survivors include her husband, Jerry Jones of Big Spring; two sons, Heith Gammons and wife, Jenny of Ft. Worth and Todd Jones of Lewisville; one daughter, Misti Muller of Big Spring; two grandsons, Jaxon and Jordon Muller of Big Spring; her mother and step father, Juanita and Bill Briley of Luther; two brothers, Billy Jackson and wife, Denise of Vealmoor and Johnny Jackson of Big Spring; two sisters, Brenda Wilkinson and husband, Richard of Big Spring and Tricia Jones and husband, Dennis of Mustang, Oklahoma and numerous nieces and nephews whom she considered as her own. She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Wayne Jackson and one brother, Bobby Jackson. The family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association, 3205 W.
