Shane Horner, 31, passed away suddenly Saturday June 10th, 2017.Shane leaves behind his wife Phenix and 2 beautiful daughters Emma LaRue and Sadie Mae; mother Kelly Dunn Hogue and father Stuart Horner; brother Max Horner; sisters Amanda Dunn and Cristy Jameson and husband Geoffrey; and niece Azaria and nephews Kobe and Omarion; along with aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends. He will be welcomed into Heaven by his grandparents Richard and Laura Braggs and John and Sadie Horner.Shane was a genuine, compassionate, comedic and hardworking man who always placed others before himself. This was a result of his passionate and real relationship with the Lord. Shane never met a stranger and had a heavy influence and impact on everyone he came in contact with. He had a leader’s heart, which made him a loving husband and father. He was a wonderful son and caring brother and a best friend to many. While our days are darkened by the grief that comes from a life ended too soon, we are so grateful to have gotten to share in Shane’s life; and we take comfort in the thirty-one years’ worth of joyful memories that we have as a result. Those memories, along with Shane’s smile and laugh, will forever burn brightly in our hearts. The family would like to express their gratitude towards Midland and Odessa Texas Roadhouse and the numerous people that have expressed their love during this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Phenix Horner at Heritage Bank Account #38495.The family will be accepting guests at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm on Thursday, June 15th, 2017.
