Sarah Elizabeth Saldivar, 8 months, of Midland, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2005, at University Medical Center in Lubbock. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, October 15, 2005 at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Midland with Father Rodriguez, officiating. A rosary will be held on Friday, October 14, 2005 at 7:00 pm at the funeral home, 3800 N. Big Spring St. in Midland. Interment will follow at Resthaven Cemetery in Midland.She was born on January 19, 2005, in Midland, Texas.Sarah loved to look at books. She always enjoyed shopping with her mom and going on outings with her dad. She was very inquisitive for 8 months and was beginning to talk. Sarah enjoyed watching TV. Finding Nemo and Elmo movies were here favorites. She was a beautiful baby, with a very pretty smile. She was truely the apple of her family's eye. Survivors include her mother, Annie Galan of Midland; father, Audon Saldivar, Jr. of Midland; grandparents, Luis & Josie Galan of Midland, Texas ; grandmother, Mary Saldivar of Midland, Texas; great grandmother, Loraine Garcia of Arizona; Bernanda Valencia of Big Spring; great grandfather & grandmother, Jose & Dora Saldivar of Big Spring; three aunts, Jennifer Galan, Trish Gonzalez, Terri Flores, four uncles, Louis Galan, Mark Gonzalez, Val Flores, Jacob M. Saldivar; six cousins, Desiree Govan, Mercedes Gonzalez, Mark Gonzalez II, Maegan Flores, Val III Flores, Christian Flores, Destiny Galan. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Deacon Audon Saldivar, Sr.; great-grandfather's, Joe Garcia, Luis Galan, Sr, and Sabino Valencia, Sr.; and great-grandmother, Hillery Valles.
