Sara Guerra

Sara Guerra, 58, of Big Spring, Texas, passed away Friday, September, 24, 2021 in Odessa, Texas. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, October 1, 2021 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Interment will follow at Mt Olive Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.

She was born April 2, 1963 in Lubbock, Texas to Beatrice (Chapa) Guerra and Raul Guerra, Sr. Sara was a graduate from Big Spring High School and was a health care worker. She loved gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her daughter Jasmine Guerra of Big Spring and son Joshua Guerra of Big Spring; two sisters: Mary Jimenez of Big Spring and Barbara Martinez of Lubbock; two brothers: Raul Guerra Jr. and wife Mary Jo of Coahoma and Rudy Guerra and wife Nina of El Paso and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.

Pallbearers will be Raul Guerra, Adrian Gonzalez, Angel Gonzalez, David Ontiveros, David Torres and Joshua Guerra. Honorary pallbearers will be Zoey Guerra, Leia Jimenez, Ariana Gonzalez, Priscilla Ontiveros and Stephanie Garcia.
