Rudy Dean Bill went home on October 17th, 2025. He was born June 18th, 1943 in Fullerton, California to Evelyn Hazel Bill and Ruben Bill. Rudy grew up in Bellflower, California. He moved his family to Corrales, New Mexico in 1971 and established A&R, Inc. In 1979 Rudy moved to Midland, Texas and worked for OIME and as shop foreman for Midland Truck & Equip. Rudy retired from Jones Brothers Construction in 2008.
Rudy is survived by his wife Peggy Bill, his children- Keim Bill and his wife, Fay of Hayden, Idaho, Craig Bill of Austin, Texas, Charles Bill and wife, Kristen Bill of Big Spring, Texas, Jesse Beverly and wife, Jesseca Beverly, of San Angelo, Texas and Kevin Beverly of Fort Worth, Texas. He is survived by 7 grandkids and 8 great grandkids. Rudy is also survived by his sister, Marilyn Jo Curtis of Midland.
Rudy is preceded in death by his parents and sister Doris Pearson.
A private family service will be held at a time to be determined.
