Ruby Alise Brown Love, 92, of Big Spring, died on Tuesday, November 6, 2001, in a local nursing home. Graveside funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Friday, November 9, 2001, at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park with Rev. Dennis Teeters, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. She was born on May 15, 1909, to Christopher C. and Ida Price Brown in Lincoln County, Mississippi. She married Lynn Heith and he preceded her in death in April of 1930. She then married Edwin W. Love in 1932 and he preceded her in death on April 26, 1972. Mrs. Love came to Howard County in 1923. She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Big Spring. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Marie and Carl Cochrane of Asheville, North Carolina and Sue and Harry McBride of Farmington, New Mexico; two daughters-in-law, P. D. Heith of Big Spring and LaVerne Heith of Tyler; eleven grandchildren, Lynn Heith Phillips, Ann Heith McCann, Robert E. Heith, Karen Heith Stewart, Kay Heith Johnson, David Heith, Lloyd Cochrane, Gayle Cochrane Secreast, Joyce Cochrane Earnhart, Martin McBride and Kelli McBride King; twenty great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; two sisters, Sarah Hancock of Big Spring and Ruth Steadman of Odessa; numerous nieces and nephews and a very special friend, Val Carrillo of Big Spring. She was also preceded in death by her parents; her sons, R. L. Heith and Cecil Heith; a grandson, Kevin Charles McBride; a great grandson, Matthew Johnson; a sister, Eva Nell Dunn and a brother, Cecil Rankin Brown. Pallbearers will be Tommy McCann, Perry Phillips, Bobby Heith, Martin McBride, David Heith and Lloyd Cochrane. The family suggests memorials to: First Baptist Church, 705 W.
