Royce D. Reynolds, 62, of Stanton, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2005, in a Midland hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 19, 2005 at the Evergreen Cemetery in Stanton with Rev. David Harp pastor of First Baptist Church in Stanton, officiating and Jeff Quattlebaum a Baptist Minister assisting. The family will receive friends Friday, from 6 PM to 7 PM at the funeral home. He was born on June 20, 1943, in Courtney, Texas to Ernest and Oleta Reynolds and married Carolyn Kuhlman on August 6, 1976 in Lenorah, Texas. Royce was a lifetime resident of Martin County. He attended school in Stanton and worked for the Texas Department of Transportation in the HighwayDepartment for 43 years before retiring in 2003. He was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Reynolds of Stanton, ; three daughters, Tonia Garcia of Midland, Misty Quattlebaum of Brownwood, and Adrienne Reynolds of Stanton; one son, Kelly Reynolds of Stanton, 4 grandchildren, Jasmine, Victoria and Jacob Garcia and Regan Quattlebaum and numerous nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by by his parents, Ernest and Oleta Reynolds and 3 brothers, James, Kenneth and Wayne Reynolds. Arrangements under the direction of Gilbreath Funeral Home of Stanton.
