The family moved to Midland, TX and then in 1973 they relocated to Hobbs, NM where Rosie lived the rest of her life. In the late 1970’s, Rosie and Billy became Granny and Papa, relishing and quickly mastering their new roles. Rosie lost Billy when he passed away in 1988.
