Ronda Anne Ainsworth White, of Midland, Texas, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. Born on October 27, 1962, in Magnolia, Arkansas, Ronda made Midland, Texas, her home and built a life filled with family, adventure, laughter, and memories that will be treasured forever.

Ronda was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister who loved her family deeply. She is survived by her daughter, Adrian Sandberg (Aaron), her son, Taylor White (Shayna), grandchildren Haylie, Austin, Sawyer, Sloan, and Greyson, her father, Ronal Ainsworth, sisters Robin Bass (Darren) and Becca Bustillos (Ruben), as well as nephew Blake and nieces Makenzie and Emily. Ronda was preceded in death by her mother, Pat Ainsworth.

Ronda loved to travel and had a particular love for baseball. She dreamed of visiting ballparks across the United States, combining her love of the game with her love of seeing new places. Although she didn’t quite make it to every field on her list, the adventures and memories she made along the way were what mattered most.

In more recent years, some of Ronda’s favorite pastimes were girls’ trips, casino visits, and shopping—especially online. She could find just about anything online, and her family will always smile when remembering the packages that seemed to regularly arrive at her door. She loved getting away, having fun, and enjoying life’s little pleasures.

More than anything, Ronda cherished the people she loved. Her children, grandchildren, family, and friends were an important part of her world. She leaves behind countless memories, stories, laughter, and moments that will continue to bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.

Ronda will be remembered for her love of family, adventurous spirit, sense of humor, love of travel, and ability to find joy in the simple things. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her love will continue to live on through the family she leaves behind.

The family would like to express their gratitude towards Hospice of Midland and Trustwell Living at Cimmaron Place staff for taking such amazing care of Mom in her final weeks.

Rest peacefully, Mom. We will always carry your love with us. You will be missed more than words can say and loved for a lifetime.

Ronda was such a special part of my life growing up in Hobbs. She had a strong spirit, a loving heart, and a beautiful sense of adventure that made her unforgettable. I will always be grateful for the memories and for the blessing of having known her. My prayers are with everyone who loved her. May we all find comfort knowing she is resting peacefully in the arms of our Lord.

Ronda and I attended Junior High and High School together in Hobbs, NM. She was such a beautiful person inside and out. The world has lost one of the good ones. RIP Ronda. My condolences to her family.

Ronda was an entire "vibe" and spirit all on her own. While I went to school with her kids, I did not meet Ronda until our days at Pathfinder. I was young and knew nothing.. Ronda took me under her wing and taught me quite a bit and a friendship developed from there. I have always attributed how I started in the industry to her and our family there. I had the pleasure of working with her again down the road later in life and she was always just as friendly and just as spunky. Always great for a good laugh and a diet coke! Sad to hear of her passing, the world lost a special lady. Prayers for her family. She will be missed.
