Rodolfo Garcia Ramirez, 80 of Midland, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024. A visitation will begin at 8 am to 9 pm with a rosary to be recited at 7pm on Monday, April 22,2024 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory. Services will be 10 am Tuesday April 23, 2024 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens.
Rodolfo (Rudy) G Ramirez was born on December 23, 1943 in Midland, TX to his parents Jose Guadalupe Ramirez and Enriquetta Garcia. He was a devoted husband, father and adored grandfather and great grandfather. He was a proud member of the United States Army and business owner of Rudy’s Boot and Shoe Repair. He married the love of his life Yolanda Holguin Ramirez May 2, 1970.
Rodolfo (Rudy) is survived by his beloved wife Yolanda Ramirez; daughter, Maria Elena Hernandez and husband Ray Hernandez; daughter, Elida Martinez and husband Patrick Martinez; son, Rodolfo (Rudy) Ramirez Jr; granddaughter, Melanie Bliss Ceniglis and husband Austen Ceniglis; granddaughter, Jansibel Marta Rochell and husband Garrett Rochell; grandson, Juan Rodolfo Gonzales III; granddaughter, Desideria Hope Gonzales; great granddaughters, Mila Bliss Ceniglis, Ella Mac Ceniglis and Gia Isabella Ceniglis; great grandsons, Alejandro Isaiah Arreola Jr and Antonio Andres Arreola; sister, Amelia Ramirez and Enriquetta Amaya; additional nieces and nephews, Richard Amaya, Joe Amaya Jr, Yolanda Amaya, Mario Ramirez, Frank Canuto Ramirez Jr, Jose Luis Gustavo Ramirez, Maria Enriqueta Jonkne, Alicia Ramirez, Adela Aruello and Aristotle Moran.
Rudy is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Guadalupe Ramirez and Enriquetta Garcia; his twin sister, Maria Elena Ramirez; his four brothers, Federico Ramirez, Miguel Ramirez, Canuto Ramirez, Guadalupe Ramirez Jr.; sisters, Juanita Ramirez and Ernestina Ramirez; nephews, Ray Amaya and James Amaya; niece, Celia Moran; sister-in-law, Lola Ramirez; brother-in-law, Jose B Amaya; and our beloved Frieda Starnes.
