Richard Dee Dick? HardinRichard Dee Dick? Hardin, 65, of Midland, passed away on November 3, 2006 at the Hospice Inpatient Unit at Midland Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 6, 2006 at St. Stephens Catholic Church with Father James Bridges, officiating. A wake service followed by a rosary will be held on Sunday, November 5, 2006 at 7:00 pm at the funeral home, 3800 N. Big Spring St. A viewing will be held on Sunday.Dick graduated from Refugio High School in Refugio, Texas. He was a former eagle scout and remained involved in the Boy Scouts throughout his life. Dick was also involved in the Downtown Lions Club, MARC, and the Salvation Army. He was very devoted to his grandchildren and his family. His passion in life was his work at the Midland Reporter Telegram. Survivors include; two sons, Robert Douglas Hardin of Portland, TX and Kevin Dee Hardin of Midland; a daughter, Teresa Annette Hardin Nguyen of Mason, OH; a brother, Clifford Anthony Hardin and wife Sherian of Houston, and a sister, Roselyn Elizabeth Kucera and husband Eugeneof Tulsa, OK; his close friend, Mary Hardin of Midland; and eight grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews.,
