ReGena Bennett, 64, of Midland passed away on August 6th, 2022. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 10th, 2022 at 2:00pm at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel.
ReGena was born in Hobbs, New Mexico to John and Willie Mae Bennett. She grew up in Snyder, TX and attended Snyder High School. After she graduated high school she joined the United States Air Force. ReGena served our country in the Air Force for six years. While in the Air Force she was stationed in Abilene, TX, then Germany, then back to Abilene. After being honorably discharged from the Air Force she began working in administration for Langston Realtors. She married the love of her life, Joel Campbell, on May 7th, 1998 in Midland, TX.
ReGena had a kind heart and absolutely loved animals, especially her fur baby, Georgie. If she could, she would make any animal her pet. ReGena also never met a stranger. She could talk to anyone and never left a room without making at least one friend. She truly knew how to light up a room.
She is survived by her husband Joel Campbell, sister-in-law Martha Jean Rippy, brothers-in-law Edward Lee Campbell, JR. and Randall Lane Campbell, and his wife Pamela, her nephews, Michael and Cameron Price, and niece, Kimberly Rippy.
ReGena was preceded in death by her sister Carla and her brother-in-law Larak Samuel Campbell.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society and the SPCA.
