Raymond Bedford

Raymond G. Bedford,47 of Odessa, died on Tuesday, May 6, 2003, at an Odessa hospital. Memorial services will be held at 4:00 PM Friday, May 9, 2003 at the Zion Church in Odessa with Brother Dewey, pastor, officiating. Raymond was born on December 28, 1955, in Atlanta, Georgia and married Brenda Evans, June 23, 2001, in Odessa. He had lived in Odessa since 1980 and had been a truck driver for G&RG Trucking, Inc.He served in the United States Army and was a member of Zion Church. He was also a member of the Last Few motorcycle club for 5 years. Survivors include wife; Brenda Bedford of Odessa; four sons, Raymond Seth Bedford of Austin; Christopher Bedford of Beaumont and Daniel and Jason Bedford both of Fort Smith, Arkansas; one daughter, Ashton Bedford of Odessa; his parents, Raymond & Helen Bedford of Midland; three brothers, Donald Alan Bedford of Odessa, James Lee Bedford and wife, Penney, of Lochbuie, Colorado and William Joseph Bedford and wife, Latona of Midland, one grandmother, Bertha Bedford Montgomery, of Abilene one step grandchild; Sierra Jewell Evans of Odessa. He was preceded in death by his sister, Glenda Sherell Bedford; paternal grandfather, Ray Bedford and maternal grand parents, Howard and Stella Bernard.Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.,
