Raymond "Mundito" Villa, 51, of Stanton, died on Saturday, December 5, 2009 in Midland. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Stanton with Father James Plagens, officiating and Deacon Clemente Villa assisting. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery. A rosary will be held at 7 PM tonight at Gilbreath Funeral Home.He was born on June 18, 1958, in Big Spring, Texas to Manuel and Mary Villa. Raymond was a lifetime resident of Stanton and was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. He will be missed by all who knew him. Survivors include one son, Josh Mendoza of Midland; one daughter and son-in-law, Anita and Auden DeLaRosa of Midland; two grandchildren, Auden DeLaRosa, Jr. and Abigail DeLaRosa; two brothers, Sammy Villa and Freddie Villa both of Stanton and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
