Randy J Delmasso, 65, of Midland, Texas passed away on August 30, 2018. Services will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Crestview Baptist Church, with a visitation from friends from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. A graveside service will be held afterward at Gaines County Memorial Cemetery in Seminole, Texas at 3:00 p.m.Randy was born on July 21, 1953 in Paris, Texas to parents Fred and Nona Delmasso. Randy graduated from Paris High School in 1971 and proudly served in the Army National Guard from 1972-1978. Randy worked in the oil industry for over 30 years, and retired as a District Engineer with Cudd Energy Services Hobbs, New Mexico in 2015. Randy loved cars, and enjoyed building and repairing them, and was the proud owner of a Corvette, his dream car. He loved to travel, and took his dream vacation to Oahu, Hawaii in the summer of 2018. Randy was an avid movie-goer and spent any spare time at the movie theater. At home, Randy loved to spend time with his family and his dogs. Randy was a Christian, and cherished attending and serving his church.He is survived by his wife Teresa Archer Delmasso and her children Brittany and Brandon Rolston; his children, Cody Lee Delmasso, Casey Wayne Delmasso, Kayla Ann Delmasso Gartz, and her husband Gilbert David Gartz; his grandchildren Kamryn J. Delmasso, Kylee Rae Delmasso, Alec Donovan Delmasso, Aubree Jo-Anna Delmasso, Caleb Grant Delmasso, Derrik Matthew Gartz, Konner Ryan Gartz, and Bailey-Grace Ann Gartz.The family would like to express their gratitude toward Midland Hospice, their church family at Crestview Baptist, and all friends and family.In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Texas Oncology or Crestview Baptist Church.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
