Quinten Jay Wolfe, 16 of Midland, passed away on December 18, 2009 in an automobile accident. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at 1:00 pm at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Chapel with John Snider, officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven North Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 21, 2009 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Quinten was born on March 4, 1993 to Glen and Jill Wolfe in Midland. He attended public schools in Midland for 11 years and was currently enrolled at Richard Milburn Academy. For most of his life, Quinten attended Westside Church of Christ. Quinten loved all sports and was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Mavericks and Rangers and loved the Texas Longhorns. He loved life, music and sports, and especially enjoyed being with friends and family. Quinten dreamed of becoming a music artist and writing music someday. He is survived by his parents, Glen and Jill Wolfe of Midland; a brother, Justin Wolfe of Midland; grandparents, Bob and Silver Jones of Austin, Larry Wolfe of Midland, and Barbara Coss of Ruidoso, New Mexico and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be Mark Worley, Will Rickey, John Williams, Jeff Molina, Gary Wolfe, Brandon Wolfe and Trevor Wolfe. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Wolfe, Saul Dunn and Alex Marsh.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland. You may not remember me but I was your dad's secretary at Exxon way back when, and I certainly haven't forgotten your mom and dad or you and your sisters. I don't have the words to convey the depths of my sadness upon hearing of your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope and pray that someday your wonderful memories of Quinten will be a source of comfort to you and your family.

Mr and Mrs Wolfe, We are so sorry to hear about your loss. I remember Quiten walking down to our house when we lived on your street always with a basketball or football in hand. It was always such a joy to have him around. Gage loved having Quiten as a friend. Our prayers are with you.

I did not know this young man personally but I am a friend of Brandon Wolfe so my heart goes out to him and all of his family. I am truly sorry to hear of your loss and if there is anything I can do to help you please let me know. We will be praying for you all.

I was deeply saddened to hear about the loss of your son. Quinten played baseball with my son Nicholas back when they were 10-11ish and he was one of the few kids that stood out for me because he was so carefree and happy. Our family sends our sympathy and hope that peace and comfort finds its way to your heart soon.
