Paul Holland, beloved husband, father and "Grampy" passed away in a tragic accident on Monday, October 27, 2008. He was born October 14, 1943 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Ollie Belle and Milan Holland. He was the youngest of 3 children. His brother Frank Holland of Wills Point and his sister Ann Denton of Harker Heights will miss him.Paul graduated from Wichita Falls High School in 1961. He attended Oklahoma Christian University for 2 years. Paul married his high school sweetheart, Wilma Graham, in 1963. She passed away September 29, 2008. Paul's daughter Tracy Lowe, his pride and joy lives in Medina, Texas.Paul married Lettye March 22, 1985 and raised 2 beautiful daughters, Jayneene and Jessica, as if they were his own.Paul was an x-ray technician for more than 30 years with a specialty in nuclear medicine. He loves his work and had retired from x-ray in 2005.Paul loved his life, the church and his family. He was an active member of Fairmont Park Church of Christ for many years. He loved to sing and was a longtime member of " The Sun Country Gentlemen" Barbershop group.Paul is survived by his wife, Lettye, his daughters, Tracy (husband Guy Lowe), Jayneene (husband Kenneth Cole), Jessica (husband Eric Phillips) and his granddaughter, Sabra Lowe.Paul had many friends and family that loved him. His tragic death has left a void in many, many lives.Visitation with the family will be from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Friday, October 31, 2008 at the funeral home. Memorial services will be at 10:00am, Saturday, November 1, 2008 at Fairmont Park Church of Christ in Midland with Scott Sheppard, officiating.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
