Patsy Ruth Rowe-Humphries was born to B.G. "Jack" Shepard and Patti Jewel Vernon March 24,1926 in Dallas, Texas and left this world with her loving husband, Jack, by her side April 7, 2012 at the age of 86. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Rev. Joey Bacon officiating. Interment will follow at Coahoma Cemetery in Coahoma, Texas.The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, April 9th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.Patsy graduated from Coahoma High School in 1942. She had moved to Eunice, New Mexico with her husband of 32 years, Ralph E. Rowe, and they moved back to Coahoma in 1970, where they owned and operated several businesses in Howard County until his death in 1977. She retired in 1986 and moved to Big Spring. She met Jack Humphries and married him December 8, 2001 and they had 10 glorious years together.She is survived by her husband, Jack Humphries of Big Spring; two daughters, Mary Maddy of Charleston, West Virginia and Carol Brooks and husband, Larry of Tucson, Arizona; four step sons, Glenn Humphries of Van Horn, Robin Humphries of Midland, Larry Race Humphries of Balmorhea and Leon Humphries of Gardendale; five grandchildren, Jason Aulds and wife, Donna of Servena Park, Maryland, Chris Aulds of Charleston, West Virginia, Noel Aulds of College Station, Sean Aulds of Ventura, California and Barry Maddy of Fort Meade, Florida; six great-grandchildren, Ryan Bubelik of Phoenix, Arizona, Alex Aulds and Abbey Aulds of Servena Park, Maryland, Chris Aulds and Benjamin Aulds of Charleston, West Virginia and Shane Howell of College Station; and many more that will love and miss her.She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Francis Dunivan in 1943 and Ralph Rowe in 1977; and her sister, Mary Miller. Pallbearers will be Barry Maddy, Shane Howell, Larry Brooks, Leon Humphries, Robin Humphries and Ricky Overton.She was a woman who loved unconditionally and loved laughter.
