Funeral services will be at 12:00pm on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Chapel with interment following at Resthaven Memorial Park.Patsy was born on October 1, 1933, in Oklahoma Lane, Texas to Lee Oliver and Onnie Conley Dosher. Before moving to Midland, Texas, and before retiring, she worked for the Tipton School District, in Tipton, Oklahoma as Secretary to the Superintendent. Patsy was an avid sports fan of all kinds. She never missed a home game no matter what sport cheering on her Tipton Tigers. She was awarded Woman of the Year in 2011 from the Tipton Chamber of Commerce. She loved Crocheting and Camping.On January 5, 1952 she married Bobby Ray Blair. After raising their family in Farwell, Texas, Bobby retired, and he and Patsy moved to Tipton, Oklahoma in 1973. They were long time members of the First Baptist Church in Tipton, where she loved to sing in the choir and attend Ladies Bible Class. Patsy also loved camping and crocheting.Survived by her husband of 65 years, Bobby Ray Blair of Midland, Texas, a son, Robby Lee and Lois Blair of Midland, Texas, a daughter, Pamela Joy and Russell Stewart of Midland, Texas, and son Jubel Shan and Tammy Blair of Tipton, Oklahoma. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.She is preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Onnie Dosher, two brothers, Jimmy and Wendell Dosher, and one granddaughter, Samantha DeLMatter.The family would like to express their gratitude towards Hospice Midland for their love and support.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Midland and or Senior Citizens Center of Midland.,
