Patrick Ray Enfield, 48, of Angleton, formerly of Big Spring died on September 29, 2003, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Brady. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, October 2, 2003 at the Trinity Memorial Park Peace Chapel with Rev. John McCullough, pastor of Fitzhugh Baptist Church in Austin and Rev. Steve King, pastor of Birdwell Lane Baptist Church, officiating. He was born on April 22, 1955, in Big Spring and was a member of the Baptist faith. Pat was a contract technical writer and trainer in the petrochemical field. He enjoyed boating, diving, camping and being outdoors. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Jackson of Angleton; two daughters, Jennie Enfield of Ponder and Crystal Barrett of Justin; his father and step-mother, Buddy and Verma Enfield of Big Spring; one granddaughter, Bryland Barrett of Justin; and two sisters, Brenda Luke of Austin and Phyllis Carrol of Big Spring. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marion Enfield. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, October 1, 2003, at the funeral home.
