In a private service, her family gathered to celebrate her life, legacy and that she is now resting peacefully in heaven.
A woman of many talents in her 99 years, an avid reader – loving her bible, all things World War II and any kind of history. As a founding member of Stonegate Fellowship Church, she experienced service at the highest level. She was dedicated to the Baptist Crisis Center and found joy in helping those in need.
Waiting her arrival in heaven was her husband John J. Delametter and son John Drew Delametter along with many family members and friends.
Remaining to rejoice in her memory are her children, Cheryl and La Wayne Fagan, Debi Hughes, Chandler Delametter and daughter In love Cathy Delmetter. Grand Children Reagan and Trey Harper, Sarah Hughes, Steven and Amy Becker, Tom and Angie Becker, Chandler and Naomi Delametter, Elizabeth and Donnie Schwartz, Lauren and Alex Fleming, and Caitlyn and Josh Walker. Including fifteen great grandchildren.
Memorials can be sent to Home Hospice – 800 Missouri Ave. Midland, Texas 79701 and Midland Meals on Wheels.
