Murrell Dean Sinclair, 87, of Midland passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 3, 2016. Funeral services will be held 1:00pm, Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Nalley- Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Robert Kirk officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.Murrell was born to John Luther Robuck and Letha Miller Murrell on November 16, 1928 in Jonesboro, Texas. She graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1944. Following her graduation, she attended Gulf Coast Business College. On November 22, 1951, she married George R. Sinclair, Jr. in Odessa, Texas. Murrell worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for various automotive dealerships in Midland before retiring from Friendly Pontiac in 1993. She was also a long time member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church. Murrell enjoyed traveling, cooking, and visiting with her friends. She enjoyed spending time with her family, doting on her grandchildren, and making her famous German chocolate cake. She was a beloved mom, “Granna”, sister, and friend and will be truly missed.She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Worley and husband Michael of Midland; grandson, Christopher Worley of Ft. Worth, Texas; granddaughter, Lauren Towery of Midland; brother, John L. Robuck and wife Shirley of Austin, Texas; sister-in-law, Joann Sinclair Ward of Odessa, Texas; sister-in-law, Doris Sinclair Crabtree of San Angelo, Texas; brother-in-law, Richard Sinclair of Marble Falls, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.Murrell was preceded in death by her parents, John and Letha Robuck; husband, George R. Sinclair, Jr.; brothers, Durward and Gaylon Robuck; sister, Dorothy Robuck Sellers; brothers-in-law, Charlie Ward, Ed Crabtree, William Sinclair, and Lawrence Seller; and sister-in-law, Maurice Robuck.The family would like to extend a special thanks to Hospice of Midland and the staff at Senior Care of Midland for their extended care and compassion.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations can be made to Hospice of Midland or St. Luke’s United Methodist Church. ,
