Mildred Lois Crozier, 89, of Midland, passed away on May 28, 2016. Mildred was born December 11, 1926 in Fort Worth, Texas to J. C. Smith and Elva (Lewis) Smith. She married the love of her life William “Bill” Crozier on June 16, 1945. She was a faithful child of God, a devoted wife, mother, aunt and friend to a host of people. She worked as a nurse and was an accomplished seamstress. She was a charter member of Ft. Worth and Jax church of Christ and Fairmont Park Church of Christ where she taught bible class for many years. Mildred loved the Lord and demonstrated her faith by the life she lived. She never met a stranger, never complained and always strived to put others before herself. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Marion Smith and daughter Sharon. She is survived by her loving husband, of 70 plus years, Bill, son Lewis, granddaughter Sara Hopper, sister-in-law Doris Smith and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Fairmont Park church of Christ. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
