Funeral services for Mildred Johnson will be held at 2:30 PM Monday, April 12, 2004 at the First Baptist Church of Sand Springs with Mark Winn, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Coahoma Cemetery Coahoma.Mrs. Johnson was called home by our Lord on Saturday, April 10, 2004. She was born on March 30, 1917, in Sheverport, Louisiana and married M. D. "Dave" Johnson on April 26, 1948 in Kermit, Texas. He preceded her in death on February 2, 2001.Mrs. Johnson was a longtime resident of Sand Springs. She retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company after 19 years. She had been a member of the First Baptist Church of Sand Springs for 45 years.Survivors include one daughter, Carolyn Taylor of Odessa; two sons, David Fisk and John Johnson both of Lake Tawakani; six grandchildren, Michael Fisk of Dallas, Mathew Johnson of San Angelo, Michael Taylor of Greenwood, Liz Weaver of Odessa, Linda Coburn of Gardendale and Owen Taylor of Jal, New Mexico; 9 great grandchildren; two sisters, Margarite Debo of Henderson, Oklahoma and Doris Wragg of Ft. Worth.The family suggests memorials to Hospice House of Odessa, 903 N.
