Miklyn was born on November 13, 1966, in Big Spring, and married Laura Bach on March 27, 1993 in Austin. He had lived in Waco until moving to Austin in 1991. Miklyn enjoyed spending time with family and friends, motorcycling, painting, writing, fishing, hunting and all kinds of music and comedy. He was a member of Grace Covenant Church in Austin and the Christian Motorcyclists Association.Survivors include his wife, Laura Dobbs of Austin; his father and mother, Mike and Kay Dobbs of Big Spring; one sister, Vikki Dobbs of Big Spring; one niece, Kayley Granger of Big Spring, and many friends.He was preceded in death by his grandparents.,
