Karylon Joyce Kennedy Smyrl-Dau. of Floyd and Minn left a message on November 30, -0001:
Mrs. Fuller was one in a million. She was there with Mother when my older brother was born. Daddy worked for Mr. Fuller when he and Mother first moved to West Texas and they were responsible for Mother and Daddy becoming members of the Church of Christ. My Mother is 88 now and has so many beautiful memories of Mr. and Mrs. Fuller. My Mother is so devasted by the loss of Mrs. Fuller. Even though we no longer live out there she was and still is a part of our memories and our past. We may not have seen them much in the last years but our love for her and Mr. Fuller has never dimmed and will not now. I am so sorry for you're loss. May God Bless you all and ease your hearts--may all your good memories last forever. With much love and sympathy, Joyce Smyrl, and the Kennedy clan.

I give credit to Mattie for many of my everyday recipes. She taught me how to make Chow Chow, and I still make it . I remember sitting under the sewing machine while her and mother sewed, and getting in trouble for cutting up a Easter dress with many yards of lace on it. I asked if I could have the scrap and they both said yes, and never looked down to see what I was cutting until it was to late. And everytime I hear someone call earrings, Earscrews I think of Mattie. She always seemed like a Grandmother instead of Mom's closest friend. I know all of you have such good memories of her. Carolyn

I attended the service today. Don did a wonderful job, along with Gary and his boys and Ronnie. I have know all of you forever and you seem like part of my family. I am sorry for your loss, I have a lot of great memories of Mrs. Fuller, especially shelling peas. Another one that really comes to mind is when I was in high school, I decided to go to the prom two days before the prom. So mother and Mrs. Fuller made my dress one afternoon. I didn't see her that much in the last few years but I always knew what was going on with her thru mother.

We both loved her and she will be greatly missed but I know she is so happy to be with her family in Heaven. What a homecoming they must be having.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
