Mary N. Hardeman, 68, of Big Spring, died on Thursday, November 22, 2007, in a Midland hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 24, 2007 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Rev. W. T. Hickman, pastor of Maranatha Church of God in Christ in San Angelo, officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Memorial Park.The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time Saturday at the funeral home.She was born on November 7, 1939, in Marshall, Texas and married J. B. Hardeman on July 13, 1996 in Kerrville, Texas.She grew up in Marshall and came to Big Spring in 1954. She had worked as a cook for many years. She was an active member of Maranatha Church of God in Christ in San Angelo.Survivors include her husband, Rev. J. B. Hardeman of Big Spring; two daughters, Florence Edwards of Austin and Marie Eggins of Dallas; one step son, Johnny Hardeman of Ft. Worth; four step daughters, French L. Hawood of Ft. Worth, Phyllis Moore of Big Spring, Jacqulyn Hardeman of Austin and Cynthia Hardeman of Houston; 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Dorothy Baldwin.
