Mary Magdelene Gay

Mary A. Gay, 89, of Midland, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2005, at her residence. Private graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2005 at Fairview Cemetery.She was born April 23, 1915 in Lakeview, Texas to William Allen and Minnie Ann (Neaves) Allen. She married Ben J. Gay in 1943 in Midland. He preceded her in death on Oct. 7, 1987.She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Midland. She is survived by nieces and nephews, Joyce Tomlin, Doris Matney, L.C. Whatley, Dorothy Felts, Beth Glass, JoNell Welch, Pearle Honea, Cecil Glaser, Clifford Bailey, Pat Gulihur and David M. Allen. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Irene Allen of Alpine. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers and five sisters.,
