Mary F. Burt, 87, of Big Spring, died Tuesday, January 1, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, January 4, 2013 at the Trinity Baptist Church with Dr. Randy Cotton, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, January 3, 2013, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.She was born November 7, 1925, in Snyder, Texas and married Jimmy G. Burt February 28, 1946 in Snyder, Texas. He preceded her in death November 23, 2009.Mary moved to Big Spring in 1960. She had worked as a key punch operator for civil service and as a secretary for Pat Gray's Body Shop.She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.Survivors include her son, Scott Burt and wife, Debbie of Big Spring; her daughter, Dawn Faulkner and husband, Randy of Waco; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; two sisters, Eileen Stringer of Temple and Cloma Teaff of Amarillo; and one brother, Bill Sheid of Abilene. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Faye Crawford and two brothers, Gerald Sheid and J.O. Sheid, Jr. The family suggests memorials be made to Trinity Baptist Church Missions Fund, P.O.
