Mary Puleo DeSantis Kenny, 80, of Midland, went to be with our Lord in Heaven on Saturday, July 27, 2013, surrounded by her family. Family will receive friends from 7:00 9:00 PM, July 29, 2013 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, July 30, 2013, at St. Stephens Catholic Church, with Monsignor James Bridges, officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.She was born on November 21, 1932, in Brooklyn, New York and married Thomas DeSantis Sr., on June 16, 1952, in Caldwell, New York. He preceded her in death on March 1983. Mary then married James Kenny in Brooklyn, New York, and he also preceded her in death. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church.She was also preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Donna Lynn Weitzel; a brother, Joseph Puleo; and a sister, Theresa Farin.Mary is survived by two sons, Don DeSantis and wife Karen, and Thomas DeSantis, Jr.; a daughter, Diane Faulkner and husband Joe (Sandy) all of Midland; four granddaughters, Desiree Duclos of Redding, California, Brandy Bommerbach of Idaho, Jodi Meacham of Oklahoma, and Melissa Parks and husband Dustin of Midland; a grandson, Patrick Weitzel, Jr.; fourteen great grandchildren, Ryan, Branden, Kristen, Spencer, Reagen, Nathan, Josh, David, Blake, Baylee, London, Layton, Maverick, and Patrick III; two sister-in-laws, Gen Pellegrin and husband Gene and Norma Puleo; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
