Marion Momo Gardiner Miller passed away on February 21, 2013 in Midland. She was born October 24, 1932 in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was the only child of Dr. Walter Peters Gardiner and Catherine Marion Sullivan.Momo was a forty-seven year resident of Midland, Texas. She was a well known interior decorator and she brought many well known designers, jewelers and artists to Midland.She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry August Miller, Jr. in 2011.She is survived by her only daughter, Marion Sullivan Sully Schreiner of San Antonio, Texas; her cousins, Barry and Adge Sebrella, and Claire and Joe Saino.Graveside services will be held at a future date at the family tomb at Metairie Cemetery in New Orleans, Louisiana.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland. My friend, MoMo is again remembered as the beautiful, talented, spirited, woman she was for 75 years. She was loyal, entertaining, and the epitomy of a southern gentle woman. I first met her after Boyd died and we remained friends from that day. The first time we went to lunch, she came out of the house wearing white gloves. No one could repeat her life performance. She was one of a kind and men and women loved being with her. She lived excitement in each day even after her tragic illness. I shall remember her always as being one of my best friends.
